We want you to be completely happy with your jewellery. Returns and exchanges are handled at our store in Aminabad, Lucknow.

Before you visit

• Please bring the original invoice and the hallmark details of the item.
• Items should be in their original condition, without damage or alteration.
• Call us first so we can confirm what applies to your purchase.

How exchanges are valued

Because gold prices change daily, the value of an exchanged or returned item is worked out on its weight and purity at the gold rate on the day of exchange. Making charges, stone charges and taxes may not be refundable. Our team will explain the calculation before you decide.

Custom and altered pieces

Items made or altered to your order (for example, resized or engraved) may not be eligible for return.
